Daily Operational support, Case and Data management, Internal User support, SLA & Quality compliance, Documentation & knowledge base maintenance What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

Knowledge of CRM’s, Familiarity with Internal support platforms (Service Now), Understanding of internal processes, clear communication in English language, Analytical thinking to diagnose complex permission and workflow issues, Organization and time‑management to meet SLAs What's in it for you?
