About the role
Join our dynamic Project Management team and drive excellence in offer creation! We're seeking a Senior Project Management Professional to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver impactful results. What will you do: Lead, coordinate and challenge global, cross-functional teams between LOB and different GSC worldwide, and report project status to management; Initiate all project, design, cost, safety, and other reviews to ensure schedule, cost, and quality goals are met. Educate team on the Agile new product development process Work independently with little or no supervision, create and own project plans (schedule, resources, costs) to meet expectations and to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and handle multiple projects simultaneously (up to three or more in various states of execution) Work with functional management to staff projects appropriately Build trust and consensus for effective project collaboration, motivating the project team and synchronize it with other teams.
