Join our dynamic Manufacturing team as a Repair & Maintenance Team Leader and drive excellence in equipment performance and reliability!
What will you do:
- Lead and coordinate comprehensive maintenance strategies including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for manufacturing equipment
- Develop and implement standardized processes to optimize safety, quality, and equipment availability while managing maintenance budgets
- Guide and mentor maintenance teams while planning work orders and scheduling activities to minimize production disruptions
- Participate in equipment selection, installation, and evolution decisions to enhance manufacturing capabilities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment performance
What will make you successful:
- Eucation: Industrial, mechanical, electric electronical, mechatronics enginering degree or related.
- Expereience: 3+ years Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing equipment maintenance, repair, and infrastructure management
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electronic systems, control and automation, with hands-on troubleshooting abilities
- English advanced
- Leadership experience in maintenance operations with proven ability to develop and mentor teams
- Excellent project management skills with focus on safety and quality standards
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities for complex technical challenges
