Join our dynamic Manufacturing team as a Repair & Maintenance Team Leader and drive excellence in equipment performance and reliability!

What will you do:

  • Lead and coordinate comprehensive maintenance strategies including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for manufacturing equipment
  • Develop and implement standardized processes to optimize safety, quality, and equipment availability while managing maintenance budgets
  • Guide and mentor maintenance teams while planning work orders and scheduling activities to minimize production disruptions
  • Participate in equipment selection, installation, and evolution decisions to enhance manufacturing capabilities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment performance

What will make you successful:

  • Eucation: Industrial, mechanical, electric electronical, mechatronics enginering degree or related.
  • Expereience: 3+ years Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing equipment maintenance, repair, and infrastructure management
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electronic systems, control and automation, with hands-on troubleshooting abilities
  • English advanced
  • Leadership experience in maintenance operations with proven ability to develop and mentor teams
  • Excellent project management skills with focus on safety and quality standards
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities for complex technical challenges
