We’re looking for an experienced, detail‑driven professional who can manage complex quotations, support sales productivity, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do Analyze complex quotation requests and provide well‑structured, competitive service proposals aligned with customer specifications, technical drawings, and scope requirements Conduct advanced risk and opportunity assessments and prepare detailed cost analyses using established pricing tools and methodologies Act as a primary liaison between customers, distributors, and sales teams to ensure smooth communication, resolve technical and commercial concerns, and support successful deal closure Manage and process quotations and sales orders with fast turnaround times while maintaining high accuracy and compliance with internal standards Handle customer inquiries on order status, repairs, returns, and delivery schedules with professionalism and strong service orientation What Will Make You Successful Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field Relevant experience in quotations, technical sales support, services operations, or customer-facing engineering roles Solid understanding of power systems, electrical distribution, and networking fundamentals Prior experience in services, preventive maintenance contracts, or service proposal creation is a strong advantage Willingness to work during US business hours.
Knowledge of the Schneider Electric product and services portfolio and familiarity with the Manufacturing segment is a plus Excellent English communication, coordination, and customer interaction skills Let us learn about you!
