- Program Leadership & Governance Own the end-to-end delivery of People Analytics programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and global priorities.
- Define program objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks for analytics initiatives.
- Oversee portfolio planning, prioritization, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
Team Management & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of analysts, data engineers, and program coordinators.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the People Analytics team.
- Act as a bridge between HR, Digital, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Analytics & Technology Enablement:
- Drive adoption of advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning capabilities within People Analytics solutions.
- Ensure platforms and tools (e.g., Workday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle) are optimized for scalability and performance.
- Champion data quality, security, and compliance standards across all analytics initiatives.
Strategic Thinking & Innovation:
- Translate business needs into actionable analytics strategies and technology roadmaps.
- Identify emerging trends in AI, predictive analytics, and workforce insights to shape future capabilities.
- Influence senior leadership on data-driven decision-making and workforce planning strategies.
