Propósito del puesto
Buscamos una persona responsable de asegurar la disponibilidad y control de los materiales a lo largo de toda la cadena de suministro mediante la correcta planificación, ejecución y control del sistema MRP (Material Requirements Planning). Su objetivo principal será el de garantizar un flujo eficiente de materiales desde los proveedores hasta la línea de producción y/o subcontratistas, optimizando los niveles de inventario, los costos logísticos y el cumplimiento de los planes de producción.
Responsabilidades principales
- Gestión de flujos Upstream y coordinación de proveedores/subcontratistas según MPP
- Toma de decisiones estratégicas mediante análisis de capacidad vs demanda (S&OP)
- Analizar la demanda y las previsiones de ventas para traducirlas en requerimientos de materiales y componentes asegurando el flujo continuo de materiales y producción
- Generar y analizar reportes de planificación, consumo y cumplimiento de entregas.
- Asegurar la correcta parametrización y funcionamiento del ERP/MRP (SAP) controlando Master Data y parámetros del sistema MRP como lead times, lotes mínimos, stock de seguridad, etc.) para asegurar planes de abastecimiento precisos y eficientes.
- Gestión de inventarios identificando excesos/faltas y proponer acciones correctivas.
- Lean Manufacturing en la cadena de suministro a través de planes de mejora continua
- Participar en proyectos de mejora continua relacionados con la planificación, la eficiencia del inventario y la optimización del flujo de materiales.
Formación académica:
- Título universitario en Ingeniería (preferiblemente Organización Industrial), ADE o Master en Logística y planificación.
Experiencia:
- Experiencia previa en planificación de materiales, MRP o supply chain en entornos industriales o multinacionales.
- Experiencia en el uso de sistemas ERP/MRP (SAP)
Conocimientos técnicos:
- Excel avanzado y manejo de herramientas de análisis de datos.
- Conocimientos sólidos de procesos de manufactura, cadena de suministro y gestión de inventarios.
Competencias:
- Habilidad analítica y orientación al detalle.
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva.
- Proactividad y enfoque en resultados.
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades en entornos dinámicos.
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado (indispensable para entorno multinacional)
- Francés intermedio (valorable)
