Join our dynamic Manufacturing Production team and lead the charge in revolutionizing our production processes while ensuring cybersecurity excellence! We're seeking a Senior Professional who can bring expertise and innovation to our manufacturing operations.

What will you do:

  • SMART FACTORY LEADER ( Leader of smart factory initiative with executive responsibilities to develop and Sustain connected solutions. Advancing company's cybersecurity capabilities to drive Quality Productivity and efficiencies) • Leads the Transformation, Shaping the culture in the plant towards Industry 4.0 • Implementing and Maintenance of new technologies like smart machines, cloud platforms, edge devices, robots, and artificial intelligence.
  • Implements use cases by applying advanced technologies to assets to develop smart, connected environment.
  • Experience in establishing digital twin with specific relevant use cases of site and line digital performance management, predictive throughput / quality / maintenance • Industry 4.0 technologies such as IOT, AI, Analytics and RPA • Lean manufacturing experience from working with leading work systems based around TPM, lean, Kaizen etc • Leads Business transformation that requires a shift in mindset and organizational culture to engage with customers, rethink outcomes, and execute highly connected processes.
  • Cultivates and Promotes Adaptability of workforce to be comfortable with these types of assistive technologies.
  • Develops Digital Dexterity and Literacy, Assesses Capabilities and Concerns of Teams to collaborate in digital manufacturing ecosystems.
  • Position is required to drive activities success while cultivate and promote the important of future factories knowledge required on.
  • Domain knowledge In areas of Manufacturing IT (MES, EAM, EMI), in one or more of the following verticals: Automotive, Discrete Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods , Electrical or Electronics mfg • PLC, SCADA , HMI , Drives , Vision Systems , Robotics Artificial intelligence, Digital twins & dynamics, Algorithm/coding , • Exposure to cloud technology (Architecture, Deployment and Migration)
