Location & commitments:

  • Internship (6-12 months with possibility to extend)
  • Warsaw (office at Konstruktorska street)
  • Hybrid model (2 days per week from office)
  • Flexible working hours

Your IMPACT:

  • Support suppliers and respond to their queries related to unpaid invoices and payments
  • Monitor vendor account balances in financial systems (for ex. SAP) and assist in further communication
  • Follow up on internal processes
  • Cooperate with other departments including Local French Accounting, Accounts Payable, Logistics, Purchasing, Cash Bank Treasury, Master Data
  • Support the team in coordinating document collection for audits or compliance checks.
  • Participate in online meeting with suppliers

Your Profile:

  • Student status, preferably Bachelor's Degree (Finance/Accounting/Economy)
  • Fluent French- spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
  • Practical MS Excel knowledge will be an asset
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system would be an advantage
  • Eagerness to learn and to be open minded
  • Customer focus and team-working skills
  • Analytical skills
