Location & commitments:
- Internship (6-12 months with possibility to extend)
- Warsaw (office at Konstruktorska street)
- Hybrid model (2 days per week from office)
- Flexible working hours
Your IMPACT:
- Support suppliers and respond to their queries related to unpaid invoices and payments
- Monitor vendor account balances in financial systems (for ex. SAP) and assist in further communication
- Follow up on internal processes
- Cooperate with other departments including Local French Accounting, Accounts Payable, Logistics, Purchasing, Cash Bank Treasury, Master Data
- Support the team in coordinating document collection for audits or compliance checks.
- Participate in online meeting with suppliers
Your Profile:
- Student status, preferably Bachelor's Degree (Finance/Accounting/Economy)
- Fluent French- spoken and written
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
- Practical MS Excel knowledge will be an asset
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system would be an advantage
- Eagerness to learn and to be open minded
- Customer focus and team-working skills
- Analytical skills
