Qué harás?

Perspectiva de Negocio:

  • Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con interlocutores C-level y decisores clave, convirtiéndote en su partner estratégico en Transformación Digital y Energía.

  • Identificar, co-crear y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades junto a los clientes y nuestros partners, alineando sus necesidades con el portfolio de soluciones de Schneider Electric.

  • Impulsar activamente la adopción de Eco Struxure como palanca de valor y puerta de entrada al resto del porfolio.

  • Coordinarte con equipos comerciales, técnicos y partners para maximizar el impacto y los resultados en cada cliente.

  • Liderar el posicionamiento comercial estratégico en tus cuentas asignadas y/ó segmentos asignados (CPG, MMM, WWW, Pharma etc)

  • Favorecer la transición digital , evolución en sostenibilidad de nuestros clientes.

  • Facilitar la resolución de incidencias durante la ejecución de proyectos, actuando como mediador/a para proteger la relación con el cliente y la reputación de Schneider Electric.

  • Contribuir de forma directa a los objetivos cuantitativos establecidos en la visión del equipo.

  • Priorizar el impacto global: lo importante no es solo lo que tú vendas, sino lo que consigas que venda toda la organización.

💼 Quién tendría éxito en este rol?

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años en venta consultiva, idealmente en Software, Digital o Gestión de Energía.

  • Valorable experiencia en segmentos industriales: CPG, MMM, WWW, Infraestructuras etc.

  • Valorable experiencia específica en Automatización Industrial , Software y Digitalización.

  • Formación técnica (ingeniería, tecnología o similar).

  • Nivel de inglés alto.
