Rol: Leads Virtual Sales Representative Ubicación: Colombia, preferentemente Bogotá.
Objetivo del cargo: La persona en este rol maximiza los ingresos por servicios mediante la gestión de relaciones con los clientes, atendiendo todas las solicitudes y oportunidades provenientes de diferentes motores de generación de demanda.
Responsabilidades clave Gestionar los Leads y Solicitudes de Clientes con alcance estándar de servicios Atender llamadas entrantes y correos electrónicos para brindar soporte a la base de clientes existente.
Responder preguntas de clientes y brindar información sobre todas las ofertas de servicios de Schneider Electric.
Investigar y desarrollar nuevos puntos de contacto y cuentas potenciales identificadas a través de motores de generación de demanda (actividades de marketing, campañas, centro de atención al cliente, etc.).
Interactuar con clientes en plataformas digitales (por ejemplo, LinkedIn) y ser un usuario activo.
Cotizar y cerrar acuerdos para ofertas estándar de servicios (basadas en SKU como repuestos, contratos de renovación).
Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con cuentas no cubiertas donde existan oportunidades abiertas/comunes para ventas adicionales.
Construir y gestionar el pipeline de oportunidades de servicios Requisitos: Educación: Ing.
