We're looking for a Drive Systems Sales Expert to join our dynamic team and lead the charge in delivering cutting-edge drive solutions across the Nordic & Baltic Zone. As a Drive Systems Sales Expert, you'll be at the forefront of transforming industries with high-performance drive systems. Your mission is to turn customer challenges into opportunities by proposing innovative solutions, influencing design decisions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from concept to delivery.

What you'll do

  • Be the trusted advisor: Understand customer priorities and pain points and match them with the perfect drive system solution.
  • Shape the market: Work with design institutes and specifiers to influence project designs and specifications.
  • Drive growth: Develop key accounts, capture qualified leads early, and collaborate with account leaders to unlock new opportunities.
  • Lead with expertise: Present and consult on drive system offers, confidently handling objections and showcasing value.
  • Collaborate globally: Partner with marketing, pre-sales, and segment teams to amplify the impact of our solutions.
  • Build ecosystems: Transform relationships with System Integrators, OEMs, and distributors for maximum market coverage.
  • Deliver excellence: Coordinate with tendering and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
