We’re looking for a Cybersecurity & Compliance Lead to join our Software
Department: in Kolding, Denmark.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of evaluating and enhancing technical best practices across our software teams.
Your expertise will help strengthen our processes for compliance, risk assessment, and incident management.
You’ll have the freedom to transform your ideas into actionable concepts and make a real impact on our governance framework.
What you'll be doing: Lead compliance and governance initiatives within the Software Department.
Evaluate and enhance technical best practices across software teams.
Develop and implement processes for compliance, risk assessment, and incident management.
Drive change management efforts to embed security and governance best practices.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across international teams to align on governance standards.
Translate technical risks into clear business terms for decision-making.
Contribute with your ideas and transform them into actionable concepts that improve security.
What will help you succeed: Bachelor or master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Risk Management, or related fields. 5–10 years' experience in information security or compliance roles.
Hands-on experience with ISO/IEC 27001 implementation and audits, risk assessment & risk management, policy development and governance.
Exposure to cloud security, data protection, and vendor risk management (a plus).
Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, SOC 2, NIS2, GDPR, and data privacy regulations.
Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to translate technical risks into business language.
Leadership in policy enforcement and security awareness programs.
Experience: in cross-functional collaboration (IT, legal, operations).
Project management experience.
Fluent in English.
Danish is a plus but not required.
