Resumen del Rol:

La persona en este rol será responsable de aplicar y gestionar métodos estandarizados de manufactura y producción, asegurando consistencia operativa y una fuerte participación en iniciativas de mejora continua. Tendrá un rol clave en la coordinación transversal de equipos y en la optimización del rendimiento de procesos productivos.

• Responsabilidades Principales
• Gestionar el desempeño de uno o varios procesos productivos
• Alinear recursos con las necesidades operativas de corto plazo, garantizando la disponibilidad y correcta asignación para cumplir con los estándares establecidos.
• Ejecutar capacitaciones cuando sea necesario para asegurar la correcta implementación del trabajo estandarizado.
• Detectar, formular y escalar problemas o desvíos que requieran atención para asegurar la continuidad operacional.
• Contribuir activamente a iniciativas de mejora continua, proponiendo e implementando acciones que optimicen tiempos, calidad y productividad.

Requisitos:

• Tener disponibilidad para trabajar por turnos.

• Título de Ingeniería o Tecnologo

• Disponibilidad de trabajo 100% presencial

• Tener al menos 1 año de experiencia en el rol
