We are seeking a highly motivated engineer to join our Data Center Solutions Engineering Team, whose mission is: "Exceed customer expectations by providing innovative engineering solutions in the data center market."

This role focuses on new product development, standardization, and customized customer solutions in a fast-paced environment. The engineer will drive projects and partner with cross-functional teams to create repeatable solutions that are key to SE's success.

What will you do:

• Assist projects to create new repeatable, customized solutions
• Create new designs for customer needs within Data Center Market
• Support other engineers as needed to meet customer requirements
• Continuously develop knowledge of new and existing custom solutions
• Take ownership of additional responsibilities as opportunities arise

What will make you successful:

• Proven track record in electromechanical system design and integration
• Strong proficiency in CAD systems and technical drawing tools
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and propose innovative solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities in cross-functional environments
• Strong understanding of industry standards and technical specifications
• 1-3 years of research and development engineering experience is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
• Ability to work independently and remain productive with minimal supervision
• Highly collaborative and able to foster cooperation across teams
• Proven ability to drive results and navigate obstacles
• Proficiency in 3D CAD Modeling
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical skills
• Minimal travel (up to 10%)
