About the Role:
As the E2E Offer Technical Leader, you will provide technical leadership and expertise throughout the entire offer creation lifecycle, from concept to launch. You will collaborate closely with Offer Managers, Product Owners, Software Architect, Software Technical Leaders, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless offer creation and delivery. With Aveva technologies as the foundation (CONNECT & Aveva platform) with capabilities extension with 3rd party apps, your role will be crucial in ensuring that our solutions are perfectly aligned with customer use cases.
You will also be responsible for building comprehensive reference guidelines to empower System Integrators in deploying the ECX Aveva Solutions portfolio. Your ability to communicate effectively and lead with confidence will be instrumental in guiding teams to success. In a fast-paced, dynamic environment with an ever-evolving technical landscape, you will thrive as an adaptable and results-driven professional.
Responsibilities:
As E2E Offer Technical Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Championing data governance best practices to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Keeping a pulse on the Aveva technology roadmap to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Mastering and implementing best practice use cases for E2E solutions.
- Proposing optimal integration and interaction strategies within the software stack.
- Crafting comprehensive security guidelines for System Integrators.
- Ensuring the solution's Final User Inspection (FUI) supports and secures System Integrators effectively.
- Providing technical leadership and expertise to R&D teams, guiding the development of end-to-end technical solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define offer requirements and technical specifications.
- Leading the development and implementation of complex technical solutions, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
- Developing and communicating the technical strategy for the organization, including identifying opportunities to enhance the technical infrastructure.
- Identifying and leveraging new technologies and innovations to help the organization achieve its goals.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's, master's degree or PhD in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role, such as applications engineering, with experience in sales
- Client-focused, with the ability to understand and appropriately respond to clients' business needs
- Strong writing and synthesis skills to clearly formulate functional requirements
- Familiarity with cloud computing architectures and services, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
- Experience with integration platforms and related IT-OT technologies
- Strong experience in any of the industry domains of Discrete Manufacturing, CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), WWW (Water & Wastewater), MMM (Mining, Minerals & Metals), O&G (Oil & Gas)
- Strong knowledge and experience in Agile practices and technical documentation
- Result-oriented, creative, and proactive in resolving technical issues and dealing with ambiguity
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to work towards a common goal, provide guidance and direction to teams
- Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to adjust to changing business requirements and emerging technologies
