What will you do:

• Enforce safety & health rules & 5S throughout the sector
• Participate at the load / resource balance with the manufacturing manager
• Ensure achievement of production schedules in accordance with the objectives of cost - quality - lead time
• Animate at daily frequency the Short interval management meetings with appropriated indicators & action plan Adjust manufacturing programs according to customer priorities
• Organize the training needs of teams and manage the versatility in accordance with the target defined
• Contribute to the industrial processes improvement with the functions supports
• Participate at investment proposals, transverse projects & action plan at the plant level.

What will make you successful:

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering
• Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical,
• Proficiency in English
• Seniority - minimum 3 year experience in industry
• Decision making, quickness of mind, initiative, problem solving, resilience, multiple conflicting priorities management, ability to build in uncertain environment and solid network building.
