Responsibilities

• Deploys all prescription actions with consultants assigned, in order to maximize the business with them.
• Deploy & lead successfully the Consultant club program for North of Vietnam
• To bring Schneider solutions directly to customers and understanding customers needs.
• To build and secure relationship with M&E consultants in North of Vietnam
• Promote visibility of Schneider in the local consultant network
• Be the technical expert for solution consultation business unit
• Align the goals and strategies to accomplish short-term & long-term projects being specified.
• Positive client relationship with clear interaction and engagement.
• Clear view of customer channel and creating opportunities for solution deployment
• Regularly conduct training, coordinate with Offer Marketing & Marcom to organize seminar/product launching for consultants network.
• Regularly update sales team with new knowledge about products, software, international/local standards to improve technical competency of the team.
• Clear reporting on all activities as and when required.

Qualifications

• University degrees
• Electrical Engineer
• Min. 5 years sales experience, preferably in M&E consultant business (especially having knowledge and ability to learn the software such as: BMS, PME, Power quality ...)
• Proven network reference with M&E consultant network
• Knowledgeable in project sales and project management.
• Understanding company's products and competitors are an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in main competitors
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Expert of Autocad software is a must
• Must be presentable and able to communicate fluently with customers.
• Willing to travel
• Able to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision.
