- Quality Experience: 4 years to 6 years
About the Role:
As a Technician in Supplier Quality Engineering, you play a critical role in ensuring that materials and components sourced from suppliers meet stringent quality standards.
You will collaborate closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues, prevent recurrence, and actively monitor key quality metrics within your assigned area.
Your mission is to uphold high-quality standards throughout the supply chain, directly contributing to product excellence.
This role ensures the consistent quality of materials and components used in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain quality assurance programs for supplier materials and components.
Collaborate with suppliers to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues.
Monitor and report quality performance metrics for assigned suppliers.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to prevent recurrence of issues.
What We’re Looking For: Foundational understanding of supplier quality engineering principles.
Knowledge of problem-solving techniques such as Six Sigma and statistical methods.
Familiarity with Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
Ability to work within clearly defined guidelines and contribute effectively as an individual contributor.
