Join our dynamic Procurement team and make a significant impact on our global operations! We're seeking a Procurement Specialist Professional to lead complex, high-stakes procurement projects that drive value across our organization.
What will you do:
- Lead and manage complex global procurement projects across multiple streams, ensuring successful implementation and change management
- Design and execute strategic sourcing initiatives for both direct and indirect operations, from raw materials to office supplies
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships while negotiating optimal pricing and terms
- Drive procurement excellence through performance management and continuous process improvement
- Evaluate and optimize procurement activities to maximize value for both customers and company
MISSIONS
Deliver the best competitive advantage to the Business through agile & best-in-class procurement strategies focused on customers & value creation. Supports all Offer Creation activities (Products, Components, Equipment, Software, etc) & Business Continuity all along the product life cycle (obsolescence, supply chain and quality crisis,...) on a global basis
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Accountable for :
- Supplier selection & management in Innovate & Develop phases
- Supplier/supply risk management in Innovate & Develop phases
- Supplier/supply contractualization in Innovate & Develop phases
- DVC OG Material Cost (TCO rules) in Innovate & Develop phases
- End-to-End Brand Labelling supplier management
Contributes to:
- Design or buy Design decision, Make or Buy decision
- Category Supplier Orientation Chart strategy
- OCP Time to Market & Target Cost achievements
Supply Quality programs & claims for BL
- Business continuity & risk mitigation plans (multi-sourcing)
- Product cost/margin improvement through QVE/COS program for BL
- Innovative solutions for new or existing products coming from suppliers
Qualifications
- Internal Qualifications

- Engineering bachelor degree, or business bachelor degree, master or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a Purchasing/Sourcing team of a Multinational corporation, Experience in project purchasing would be a plus.
- Comprehensive Electronics (Semiconductors, Winding, PCBA) & Mechanical & (Plastic, Stamping, printing)- Components supply chain experience and understanding, with Industrial product application experience will be a plus.
- English& Mandarin are mandatory.
- Multicultural experience.
