  • The permanent mission of this position is
  • Be the Product Champion for breaker offer with cross hub
  • Work with and drive region marketing functions in order to successfully deliver the appropriate product or application for the appropriate market.

Input& output

  • Identify and investigate new market and customer opportunities, and develop the offer to meet this need

  • Be the key input for the offer roadmap in line with the needs of the local markets respecting Line of Business (LOB) overall strategy, closely work with product owners in League

  • New product launch and introduction with clear marketing strategy with launch manger together and drive key markets ramp up

  • Manage Offer rationalization & simplification

  • Secure right product functionality for different target channels and segments

  • Production of an annual development plan for renewal of existing offers or development of new offers in conjunction with OCP functions.

  • Actions to address any products failing to meet desired sales and/or margin expectations

  • Well informed knowledge of the market and ongoing evolution of the offer to respond to changing market conditions

  • Coordinate with Product owner/offer manager counter part of other lines, synchronize roadmaps

  • Be responsible for monitoring cost and margin performance , liaising with the local marketing teams in line with consolidated margin requirements.

  • Define price positioning of new offers

  • Optimize profitability of the product offer.

  • prices and positioning of Schneider Electric offer, collaborate with relevant POs.

  • Business case (Marketing deliverable PMP)

  • Work with the local marketing teams to understand the behavior and expectation of each customer channel and segment.

  • Anticipate and satisfy Customer needs profitably

  • Develop measures and reporting mechanisms for all areas of responsibility

  • Well briefed with business mining to management team

资格
Essential:

  • Knowledge of practical marketing commercial and industrial products
  • Knowledge of strategy and planning
  • Sound commercial experience
  • Knowledge of commercial and industrial applications, electrical and electronic
  • Knowledge of complex products and their applications
  • Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or Business Management
  • Minimum of 3 years sales and/or marketing experience,
  • Dynamic, self motivated
  • Influence power to drive business with stakeholders
  • Results driven, diligent and resolute
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Independent. Able to develop and manage personal work plans.
