We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Project Manager to lead a high-impact transformation projects in Bulgaria. The successful candidate will drive complex organizational change, oversee the implementation of innovative HR solutions, and ensure delivery within scope, budget and timeline while engaging diverse stakeholders.

What will you do:

• Lead the planning, execution and completion of major HR transformation projects
• Define project objectives, deliverables, schedules and resource requirements
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, internal partners and external vendors
• Monitor progress, manage risks and resolve issues to ensure project success
• Manage project budgets and analyze outcomes for continuous improvement
• Ensure clear, timely communication with all stakeholders
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports
• Champion change management and user adoption initiatives.

What will make you successful:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
• 3+ years of experience managing HR or business transformation projects, ideally in large or international organizations
• Demonstrated success in leading complex change initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project).
