We are looking for a motivated Junior Power Engineer to support the development and maintenance of modern Distributed Energy Resource Management System (DERMS) solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with senior engineers to integrate distributed energy resources (DERs), improve grid visibility, and assist in building tools that support real-time operational decisions.

This position is an excellent opportunity to learn advanced power system concepts while helping enhance the reliability, flexibility, and efficiency of the electric grid.

What will you do: Implementing and designing ADMS and DERMS algorithms, Maintaining the reliability and efficiency of modern Distributed Energy Resource Management System (DERMS) Partnering with cross-functional teams for collaborative work on system enhancements, Applying expertise in power systems and programming to drive innovation, Creating and developing solutions for smart grid technology, Testing and validating algorithms to ensure their effectiveness and reliability in real-world scenarios.

What will make you successful: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Power Engineering, Power Electronics and Electrical Machines, or a related field, Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, or C#, In-depth understanding of electrical power systems,

Experience: with ADMS and DERMS systems is a plus, Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
