About the Role

Responsible for leading, planning, supervising, and executing Testing & commissioning activities across multiple EPC project sites. Ensures all Electrical & C&I systems are tested, energized, commissioned, and handed over safely as per project specifications. Having knowledge of HT/LT panels, MV/LV capacitors, HT/LT motors, power/distribution trafos, switchyard system, protection & metering system, electrical switchgears in power distribution system.

Multi-Site Commissioning Leadership

• Manage commissioning activities across multiple sites
• Lead commissioning engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and OEM reps
• Allocate resources based on site priorities
• Conduct periodic site visits
• Resolve high-level technical issues
• Finalization of Testing Agencies

Commissioning Planning & Strategy

• Prepare master commissioning plans and workflows
• Define procedures, checklists, and documentation formats
• Ensure availability of tools & testing kits
• Review SLD, protection schemes, IO lists, loop drawings
• Coordination with Testing Agency & planning

System-Wise Commissioning Responsibilities

Electrical:

• Commission HT/LT switchgear, transformers, PCC/MCC
• Relay testing (primary/secondary injection)
• Breaker testing (ACB/VCB)
• UPS, DG, VFD, DC system testing
• Coordination with Testing Agency, OEM Engineers
• Understanding of Drawing & Control Schematic

Qualifications

1. Electrical/C&I EPC Project Experience
2. Good Written/Verbal English Communication Skills

Knowledge of MS Project and MS Office:

1. Technical: Understanding of Drawing & control philosophy, HT/LT systems, relay testing, PLC/DCS, loop testing, electrical safety, EPC commissioning
