Manufacturing Operations Manager – Drive the Future of Our Factory Floor We’re looking for a proactive, hands‑on Manufacturing Operations Manager who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and loves making a real impact.

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of our production and engineering operations, continuously optimize processes, and build a motivated, high‑performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing Leading day‑to‑day manufacturing operations across the entire production area Hitting and exceeding key Quality / Cost / Delivery (QCD) targets Balancing workload, resources, and capacity aligned with the Master Production Schedule Driving SPS/SIM‑based continuous improvements and productivity initiatives Overseeing quality checks, final testing, and manufacturing control programs Hiring, coaching, motivating, and developing production teams Building a strong team culture built on collaboration, ownership, and results Ensuring top‑tier EHS compliance and acting as a role model for safe behavior Promoting and sustaining 5S practices across the shop floor Collaborating with Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrialization, PM, HR, Finance, and global Schneider Electric teams What You Bring Electrical engineering degree 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing leadership Solid project management skills Strong understanding of ERP systems
