Job Purpose:
- The Regional Senior Digital Partner-Channel is responsible for driving partner programs and managing digital touchpoints to enhance channel engagement across 9 countries in East Asia.
- This role develops strategies for channel animation, integrates local insights, and ensures effective partner activation through digital initiatives in collaboration with Channel Marketing overall strategy and external agencies to animate and deliver impact to business.
- Candidate can based either in these 5 countries (Vietnam ,Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Japan)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless customer journey from offline to online
- Continuous improvement of campaign effectiveness to maximize business impact
- Continuous innovation and bringing new ideas for marketing excellence
- Execute digital partner programs to strengthen channel relationships.
- Develop strategies for channel animation and engagement across digital touchpoints.
- Integrate local market insights into global frameworks for relevance and impact.
- Drive partner activation through digital campaigns, animations, and interactive content.
- Monitor engagement metrics and continuously improve performance.
- Brief and manage agencies for creative development, campaign execution, and digital animations.
- Ensure agency deliverables meet brand guidelines, timelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Commercial BU, Marcom, and global teams for alignment and execution.
Scope of Work:
- Primary Focus: Partner programs, channel engagement, digital activation and animations
- Key Deliverables: Digital partner program plans and execution reports
- Engagement metrics dashboards
- Localized strategies aligned with global guidelines
- Agency briefs and performance evaluations
Collaboration:
- Internal: Commercial BU, Marcom teams.
- External: Agencies (campaign execution, creative development), Global teams (frameworks).

Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 7+ years in digital marketing, channel marketing, or partner engagement roles.
- Proven experience managing agencies and executing digital campaigns.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of channel ecosystems and digital engagement strategies.
- Analytical skills for tracking engagement and optimizing programs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
