Schneider Electric is seeking a Zone Channel Marketing & Program Manager to lead the design and execution of impactful channel initiatives across our international zone.
This role is pivotal in accelerating Secure Power’s channel business by enabling partners, enhancing customer satisfaction, and increasing market share.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement channel marketing strategies and enablement programs aligned with sales objectives.
Drive marketing to and through partners: Distributors, VARs, System Integrators, MSPs, E-tailers, and Retailers.
Collaborate with Strategic Marketing to create compelling content and campaigns.
Lead the deployment and localization of the Secure Power Partner Program across countries.
Define and refine partner profiles to support growth and future-proof capabilities.
Recruit, retain, and develop partners through tailored training and enablement.
Manage and execute: Digital Channel Marketing Contra Revenue Management MDF/Rebate Optimization Channel Agency Coordination E-commerce Conversion Programs Regional Channel Events Partner Sales Enablement (certifications, seminars, trainings) Strategic Alliances (e.g., Dell, HPE, Cisco) Partner and customer testimonials Volume and quality of testimonials Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Commerce
Experience: in Channel Sales and/or Marketing (preferably in IT) Proven success in channel sales support and demand generation Strong knowledge of digital channel marketing and partner ecosystems Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills Fluent in English Let us learn about you!
