About the Role
Kickstart your career in global communications! Schneider Electric's Global Supply Chain Communications team is looking for a Communication Specialist for a one-year graduate opportunity. If you're passionate about storytelling, digital media, and sustainability, this role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, global environment.
You'll work on projects that amplify Schneider Electric's purpose and innovation in supply chain transformation, while learning from experienced professionals who will mentor and guide you throughout the year.
What You'll Do:
Your key responsibilities may include:
- Assist in developing and executing communication initiatives for internal and external audiences under Global Supply Chain.
- Create engaging content for newsletters, social media, blogs, and digital assets-leveraging AI-assisted tools where applicable.
- Support campaign planning and rollout to boost awareness and engagement.
- Help manage and schedule social media content , track performance, and contribute ideas for optimization.
- Collaborate on creating assets such as webpages, presentations, and training materials.
- Participate in project and change management communications to support business transformation.

Qualifications
- Fresh graduates from Bachelor or Master's degree in **Marketing, Communications, Journalism,**or other related disciplines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt writing style for different audiences.
- High learning agility and openness to new technologies and digital tools.
- Proactive, creative, and willing to take on challenges; able to collaborate across multiple functions and levels.
- Interest in sustainability, technology, or supply chain topics is a plus.
