What do you get to do in this position?

The Innovation/ IA Tools SAMl Launch Leader within Services Commercial team is in charge of deploying Eco Care offer/CPQ4S (Power, Digital Power and Secure Power) in a country where no launch leader is available as well as take care of AI toold portfolio deployment and adoption.

She/He will work closely with the Global Services tem and various teams within the related country (Commercial teams, offer management, Marketing and Operations) to effectively launch and scale this new and strategic offer developed by the Global Services Transformation League.

Primary areas of focus for the position: a) You will partner with Offer Marketing/Management Leader and be directly responsible for developing value proposition and product launch strategy by identifying target segments, channels, applications, personas, and Go-To-Market. b) You will be directly responsible for executing the launch and Go-To-Market strategy to generate demand by partnering with Marketing Communications, segment leaders and commercial and sales organization. c) Collaborate with Marketing Communications and segment leadership to develop marketing message for launch events, trade shows, company website, brochures, promotional videos, banners, social media communication, and thought leadership activities. d) Collaborate with various operations teams (middle office, execution, etc.) to ensure feasibility of offer delivery. e) Lead presentation of the offers at target trade shows. f) Localize training material to train sales, specifiers, and quotations teams, and be the Master Trainer for these teams in coordination with Category Managers. g) Estimate, secure and manage budget for offer launches. h) Collaborate with launch leaders of companion offers, and global marketing leadership. i) Track launch success.

Detailed activities by stream: GTM Support Perform customer platforming with Sales leaders (Capex, Segments, Services) to define the right GTM and the targeted segments Define GTM strategy and simplify sales messaging with weekly feedback sessions with Sales Ops Create with Global Marcom the Inside Sales Support Strategy to push the Eco Care/CPQ4S Launch (e.g., Sales & Marketing Automation campaign, IB Campaign) Training (for Sales and Beyond) Localize Training content for remote and in-person learnings (Services Sales, Inside Sales, V1s, Channels, tendering and other internal teams for awareness) Demo the Digital Features to support Sales force pitching the offer Feedback Sessions with Services Sales to reinforce their offer comprehension and understanding a. FAQ updates based on Sales Feedback b.

Clarify offer definition as an outcome for future training events Localize MLL Training Content Performance Management / Data Analysis / BI (In conjunction with Local Offer Manager) Financial metrics and reporting Eco Care Dashboard creation/update from Salesforce / Net Orders to Tableau Pricing and tendering implementation Coordinate Value-Base Pricing workshops with Category Managers and Pricing leader Identify relevant quotation tool(s) with Power Systems team to make Eco Care easy to quote with new products Localize Offer / Quotations template in Services quotation tool (CPQ or other) Coordinate process and tools experts – CPQ4S, my Schneider, bFO, bFS ,… to insure End to End process Coordinate selector Updates/Modifications (e.g., working with the agile Selector team to make modifications and ease quotation process) Coordinate with my Schneider deployment team to unlock the full potential of Eco Care Participate to hypercare (win room) sessions with Sales and tendering teams to provide support at quotation stage and collect feedback during negotiation period.

Offer Evolution/Improvement Drive convergence of Active ranges (ex.

Sirius) with Eco Care Integrate new features from LOB leagues in the local offer roadmap Collect local competitive landscape information to enrich local Sales battle cards Insure Products new developments are supporting Eco Care strategy Support Product Owners in collecting Voice of Customers, developing competitive analyses, identifying offer gaps, and building business cases for feature development requests as part of Offer Creation cycle Internal Communications Manage community calls to increase offer awareness and adoption Publish success stories on Viva engage (Yammer) Promotion / external communication Estimate, secure and manage budget for Eco Care /CPQ4Slaunch.
