施耐德电气系统业务母线 League 研发正在寻求一名优秀的质量工程师加入我们的团队工作地点在广州市经济开发区 85 号 SBG 工厂
该质量工程师将负责新项目和新产品的过程质量定义和控制确保产品的设计和生产制造的质量一致性这个岗位将直接向研发中心总经理汇报与其他部门密切合作以下是这个职位的主要职责
- 主要职责
- 在项目中选择合适的质量交付基准
- 定义产品部件和过程中的质量目标并于项目团队成员 OQL 工厂及供应商达成目标共识
- 更新相应质量计划并组织质量目标和计划审核
- 跟进相关质量行动并批准质量验证计划
- 促进 AFMEA/DFMEA/Safety Review/FEMA FTA 的实行 和跟进
- 支持和协助项目经理做风险管理
Qualifications:
候选人应符合以下几点要求
- 具有新产品开发质量管理经验者优先
- 熟悉项目管理流程及相应质量交付物
- 熟悉工厂产品质量管理运营体系
- 具有良好的问题分析和解决能力
- 优秀的沟通和团队合作能力
- 熟练的英语读写能力

- 本科以上学历机械机电或工业工程背景
