We're seeking a passionate Senior Quality Assurance Professional to ensure exceptional standards across our manufacturing operations.
What will you do: Lead the electrical testing process to ensure all products comply with applicable ANSI, IEEE, IEC, UL and NOM standards.
Supervise electrical testers, manage escalations, solve barriers and ensure full adherence to testing procedures.
Create, manage and maintain electrical testing documentation to ensure traceability and quality control.
Conduct and lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers, demonstrating product functionality and compliance.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety requirements in low- and medium-voltage environments.
Promote and lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other improvement tools.
Lead Process Audits and FMEA analysis to ensure safe and reliable operations.
Support activities related to ISO-based Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001).
Exercise authority to stop unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, equipment with unacceptable risk, or processes compromising safety.
What will make you successful: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience: in electrical testing for LV and MV products.
Strong knowledge of ANSI, IEEE, IEC and NOM standards.
Experience: leading technical teams in a production or testing environment.
Strong communication, teamwork, delegation, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience: using electrical test equipment across low and medium voltage applications.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Advanced English proficiency.
Ability to manage audits, FATs, documentation, and customer‑facing activities.
