We are looking for a Product Support Engineer to join our Global Service organization to drive and accelerate our growth in the e-mobility charging infrastructure application.
Mission of the role
The e-mobility market is booming, with millions of new electric vehicles hitting the roads each year. At Schneider Electric, we're driving this transformation with cutting-edge charging infrastructure solutions-and we want you to be part of it!
As an e-Mobility Product Support Engineer, you'll play a critical role in supporting customers and internal teams during the deployment and installation of our solutions. You'll be the regional technical expert and Single Point of Contact (SPOC), ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert technical support for our e-Mobility portfolio.
- Investigate and resolve cases via remote diagnostics or on-site visits.
- Deliver technical training and advise on complex system architectures.
- Collaborate with Sales and Quality teams to ensure top-notch service.
- Maintain clear documentation and contribute to continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of electrical design, IT networking, and cybersecurity.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a technical role with hands-on service activities.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
- Organized, decisive, adaptable, and able to work independently.
