Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 10–15 years of experience in software engineering for industrial, safety‑critical, or embedded systems. 5+ years of experience managing multi-site or global software development teams.

Strong knowledge of communication protocols and real‑time systems.

Expertise in IEC 61508 and IEC 61511 functional safety standards.

Proficient in cybersecurity for industrial control systems.
