Roles and Responsibility -
- Solution Design and Development: Collaborate with partners to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
- Design and develop complex Power Apps applications using canvas and model-driven apps.
- Create robust and efficient Power Automate workflows to automate business processes.
- Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with other Microsoft products and third-party systems.
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of developed solutions.
- Process Analysis and Optimization: Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the impact of automation initiatives.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Share knowledge and best practices within the organization.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Explore new features and capabilities to enhance solution development.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in designing and developing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform components (Power BI, Dataverse, etc.)
- Proficiency in Power FX, Common Data Service, and Data connectors.
- Experience with UI/UX design principles.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into Technical Solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience with other low-code/no-code platforms.
