Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the Final testing process in Medium Voltage Primary FQC Line and FAT
- Create Final test report to Testing and Fat sector Manager and PM after FQC related process in FQC MVP line testing
- Follow & monitoring FQC/Final testing schedule
- Ensure Final test punchlist and FAT/Witness punch list is followed up by FQC and respective department
- Check the completeness and collect documents for FQC/Final test process
- Implement the 5S
- Be aware of hazards and environmental aspects, identify hazard in workplace and ensure risk control being executed to minimize the hazard
- Execute tasks in accordance with SHE requirements and work procedure and actively participate in implementation of SHE management System
Qualifications
Education
- Electrical Engineering Diploma 3 / S1
Job Related Experience
- Quality Inspector/Testing Final Quality MV Cubicle, Final testing Engineer/Leader/Supervisor, Medium Voltage site/commissioning engineer/supervisor
- Strong background as testing engineer/testing inspector in MV electrical panel switchboard background such as PIX, Mcset, Mcset Exe, PIXM, PIXH
- Experience executing/proceeding Factory acceptance test/doing witness with customer local and also abroad customer
- Experience handling/supervising several members of final inspector for MV electrical final inspection
- Minimum 5 years experience in Medium Voltage cubicle final routine test
Business Understanding
- Standard (IEC for MV SWGR) Knowledge
- Mechanical & Electrical knowledge
- Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental control rules
- Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental System
Other Skills
- Fluent/Active in English and Indonesia
