This team focuses on developing a wide range of high-quality products, including circuit breakers, switches, and transformers, ensuring reliable and efficient power delivery for various applications.

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join the Power Products team as Designfirm Consultant in our Melbourne Office!

As Design firm consultant your primary mission is to build, manage and execute effective commercial action plan to saturate Schneider Electric portfolio via specification and influence towards targeted strategic Design Firms.

This also includes generating demand and maintaining in-depth knowledge of market dynamics and competitor activity and feeding this intel back to the business.

You will demonstrate a high consultative capability to utilize Application based ‘Documented Solutions in early Concept & Project Designs.

Provide solutions that align with business objectives that help to stay competitive and innovative in today's fast-paced market.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and execute effective commercial action plans to saturate Schneider Electric portfolio through specification and influence targeted strategic Design Firms Generate demand and maintain in-depth knowledge of market dynamics and competitor activity, and provide feedback to the business.

Support Design Firms in the 'Detailed Design' Process with Application(s) Engineering & Design support.

Demonstrate high consultative capability to utilize Application-based 'Documented Solutions' in Project Designs.

Support Design Firms with direct ownership of larger & mid-tier accounts for development.

Manage key strategic local & global accounts in a pro-active manner and take responsibility for Application Engineering/Design in a single-country environment.

Ideal Candidate You are someone who gets excited by innovation, is highly driven and confident in new and innovative segments and strives to seek them out.

Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent qualifications in an electrical application field.

Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated work experience within the consultant community leveraging your commercial and relationships to build success.

Experience: collaborating with cross functional teams to drive winning strategies to success.
