What We Offer:

This is a site-based position with requirements for nonstandard hours as required, supporting power distribution and critical power infrastructure across Canada.
As a Field Service Representative, a typical day for you might include:
- Upgrading existing switchgear systems by implementing pre-engineered retrofit solutions to enhance reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoots equipment to identify and correct malfunctions. Performs preventative and corrective maintenance.
- Maintain, repair, retrofit, and provide technical support for all Schneider products, both in the shop and on site.
- Performs testing, inspection, calibration and replacement services on customer products.
- Performs basic and complex testing following industry best practices and standards utilizing a wide array of test equipment and tools.
- Consult with engineering and product support teams to resolve complex issues.
- Provide start-up services and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service reports.
- Completion of field service reports, preventive maintenance, and startup data sheets
On some days, you may even:
Travel regionally or nationwide (including overnight trips) for customer support.
- Assist senior technicians and collaborate with Project Managers on large-scale start-ups.
