Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!

  • Streamlined Order Management

  • Synchronized efforts with Procurement, Sales, Finance, Transportation, and Warehouse teams to enhance customer order management.

  • Customer case management

  • Understands basic concepts and processes for order processing cycle, customer chargebacks.

  • Understands and adheres to procedures for managing and resolving logistics customer requests on due time with the relevant actors Focus on Customer

  • Develops a good understanding of customers’ requirements.

Regularly seeks and listens to customer feedbacks.

Conveys the importance of resolving customer problems to key individuals.

Find constructive ways to share our constraints with customers.

  • Order Flow Facilitation

  • Facilitated seamless order flow by interfacing with Sales, Operations, and various functional groups to meet processing metrics.

  • Shipment Coordination

  • Managed shipments, adhered to daily delivery schedules, and accurately updated BOLs (Bills of Lading) with dates and routing details.

  • Customer Satisfaction

  • Enhanced customer satisfaction and retention through proactive collaboration with the Sales team.

About You Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business informatics, supply chain or similar

Experience: 0-3 years of

Experience: Experience with MS Office Good Communication Team Player Good working knowledge on ERP (SAP), CRM – Salesforce.

Basic knowledge in Power BI, Tableau.
