For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000 - $144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

Your Mission
We're looking for a Senior business Analyst Pricing & Contracts to contribute to the evolution of our customer and operational experience. In this role, you will drive business transformation and continuous process improvement through research, data‑driven insights, and structured problem‑solving. You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to capture and translate customer and business requirements into digital solutions that support simpler, more consistent, and scalable processes.
You will also support change leadership efforts by helping teams adopt new ways of working and by ensuring that new solutions deliver measurable value.
As a Pricing & Contracts Senior Business Analyst, you will join a collaborative team leading digital transformation across Schneider Electric's North America Market (NAM).
What you'll be doing
- Work in a cross‑functional environment with business teams, IT, and end users to identify, document, and communicate business processes and requirements.
- Take a leadership role in the SAFe/Agile development process to ensure alignment, integration, and deployment of customer and business requirements.
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with Project Management Institute (PMI) and Customer Project Process (CPP) frameworks.
- Work with team members to define requirements and validate digital solutions that align with business strategies, standards, and policies.
- Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing with business teams and end users.
- Identify key business transformations required to support process and solution evolution.
- Champion transformation efforts by supporting adoption among end users and escalating issues or concerns from the business community.
- Identify business value and link it to related solution deployments.
- Prepare and present progress updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and steering committees.
- Partner with the Change Management Organization and business stakeholders to define strategies that support and promote transformation.
- Commercial experience with expertise in pricing, rebates, and pricing agreements.
- Experience leading large, complex projects (multi‑business scope, third‑party suppliers/contracting, multi‑region) with measurable outcomes.
- Ability to analyze and design business processes with a forward‑looking approach.
- Industry and product knowledge across relevant Schneider Electric domains.
- Leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and support decision‑making.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to translate business value into effective user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership when required.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently.
- Ability to work with a flexible schedule based on business needs.
- Ability to prioritize work with a sense of urgency to meet team and individual objectives.
- Ability to collaborate across functional teams to resolve impediments and provide clarifications.
- Experience with Secure Power, Digital Buildings, ASCO, Digital Power, or the Mexico market is a plus.
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or other digital/systems platforms is a plus.
