Your Mission As IT Functional Integration Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering IT integration activities across Europe, ensuring successful cutover and go-live operations for our UNIFY+ deployments.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including our Digital Technology Center, to drive alignment, manage risks, and secure operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate squad IT teams and digital stakeholders across Europe.
Ensure delivery of IT solutions including application integration, configuration, SIT, EDI, and infrastructure.
Participate in governance meetings, track efforts, and escalate risks as needed.
Drive cutover planning, go-live operations, hypercare, and transition to run mode.
Resolve IT issues and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with program methodology.
What We’re Looking For 15+ years of experience in digital projects and cutover activities.
Proven expertise in SAP deployment and integration, especially SAP S/4 HANA.
Strong leadership and functional management experience.
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
Your Profile Master’s degree in Engineering or Management.
Deep understanding of SAP functional modules (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
Experience: with risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and digital governance.
Collaborative mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong interpersonal skills.
