Key Responsibilities Perform root cause analysis on customer-returned products, trip units of MCCB, ACB, communication modules Coordinate product returns to the TEX Centre in collaboration with field service teams across geographies.
Analyze customer issues using technical drawings, control circuit diagrams, and application logic.
Prepare and present detailed technical reports to global teams.
Identify customer pain points and provide actionable solutions through technical analysis.
Collaborate with Marketing, Continuous Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
Support demanding application segments such as Oil & Gas, Hospitals, Navy, and Cloud infrastructure.
Represent Schneider Electric’s values by transforming challenging situations into opportunities and building long-term customer trust.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Product Scope Trip units & communication modules of Switchgear products like ACB/MCCB Qualifications Technical education in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Expertise in board level debugging and analysis.
Have proficiency in communication protocols like Modbus, TCP-IP, Profibus etc.
Strong customer orientation and problem-solving mindset.
Effective team player with collaborative behavior in a multicultural environment.
Digitally savvy and fluent in English (written and verbal).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Requirements Minimum 10 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in a relevant technical role.
Prior experience as a Field Service Engineer is highly desirable.
