Are you ready to lead impactful construction projects in Finland?

We’re looking for a proactive Site Manager to oversee operations at one or more sites in Espoo, Finland, ensuring excellence in execution, safety, and quality.

As Site Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind site organization, progress, and performance.

Your guidance will ensure that every project runs smoothly, stays on budget, and meets all regulatory and technical standards.

What You'll Do: As our Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring: Planning & Scheduling: Develop and monitor site schedules with the Site Works Coordinator, ensuring alignment with project timelines.

Budget & Resources: Validate project goals and budgets, organize site operations efficiently, and manage risks and cost deviations.

Pre-Construction: Coordinate preparations with internal teams, define assembly methods, and set up site infrastructure.

Site Operations: Lead daily activities in compliance with contracts, quality standards, and Finish regulations.

Support technical coordination as needed.

Quality Assurance: Implement site-specific quality plans, oversee product integration, and ensure proper testing and documentation.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records and ensure timely delivery of “As Built” documentation.

Project Closure: Manage end-of-project reviews and finalize documentation with the Project Manager.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Enforce Finish HSE standards, conduct inspections, manage incidents, and monitor safety KPIs.

What will help you succeed: Suitable education background such as degree in electronics, electrical, mechanical, or a related field, or equivalent experience gained through working Previous experience in site or project management within construction or industrial environments Great understanding of Finish building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external teams and communicate effectively Fluent in English and Finish Why Join Us?
