Join our dynamic Field Service Engineering team as a Team Lead and drive excellence in customer service delivery!

We're looking for a passionate technical leader to supervise and empower our field service professionals while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

What will you do: Lead, coach and manage the Services Representatives team to achieve performance targets and KPIs.

Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and service requests.

Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance.

Encourage Services Representatives to identify new business opportunities “Lead Generations” to enhance Services growth.

Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular evaluations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support service operations and business objectives.

Ensure compliance with Schneider Electric Quality and HSE standards.

Ensure full adherence to quality of reports, test sheets and checklists and proper archiving.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the service team.

Strengthen good relationship with customers and ensuring long-term partnership.

Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive service engagement.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or related field. 8-12 years of experience in services operation, with at least 3 years in a team lead role within the electrical or energy sector.

Proven strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of Schneider Electric products and services is an advantage.

Strong understanding of different electrical systems, and energy management.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
