Your Mission Direct Sales: Engage with customers to promote, prescribe, and close deals for Eco Struxure Automation Expert.

Relationship Building: Identify and initiate relationships with accounts that align with Eco Struxure Automation Expert's capabilities.

Collaboration: Work with broader sales and technical teams to drive and secure large-scale opportunities.

Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together! Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Drive commercial success through consultative and prescriptive selling techniques.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture high-potential business opportunities, including pilot projects, proof-of-concept implementations, and full-scale rollout of Eco Struxure Automation Expert.
  • Collaborate with channel partners, system integrators, and engineering, procurement, and construction firms to develop joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and long-term agreements to maximize revenue potential.

Market Development & Strategy Execution:

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that positions Eco Struxure Automation Expert as a disruptive open automation platform.
  • Align business development initiatives with global trends in industrial automation, Industry 4.0, and software-driven control systems.
  • Analyze customer pain points, competitor offerings, and emerging market trends to refine the value proposition and influence original equipment manufacturers, system integrators, and end-users to adopt Eco Struxure Automation Expert.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with engineering, operations, IT, and executive decision-makers to promote Eco Struxure Automation Expert adoption.
  • Engage with executives, plant managers, automation engineers, and IT-OT leaders to drive digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate internally with lines of business, offer managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the growth of Eco Struxure Automation Expert.
  • Build a network of early adopters, key opinion leaders, and reference customers to advocate for Eco Struxure Automation Expert within the industry.
  • Support system integrators and consultants to integrate Eco Struxure Automation Expert into their project specifications.
  • Be the voice of the customer internally and to the lines of business to influence roadmaps and provide market insights that will help grow Eco Struxure Automation Expert faster.
  • Collaborate with segment teams to identify and penetrate strategic sub-segments and applications for Eco Struxure Automation Expert.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Work closely with the Center of Excellence, product management, marketing, and customer success teams to align solutions with market needs.
  • Provide direct customer feedback to product development teams to enhance Eco Struxure Automation Expert's features, usability, and scalability.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales specialists, solution specialists, and application specialists to develop and present tailored automation solutions to the customer using Eco Struxure Automation Expert.
  • Be the subject matter expert on Eco Struxure Automation Expert to the customer

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of Eco Struxure Automation Expert initiatives.
  • Act as the primary conduit between customer and Center of Excellence on Eco Struxure Automation Expert-related topics, including escalations and feature prioritization.

About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional with deep expertise in industrial automation, digital transformation, and Industry 4.0. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, technical sales, and solution consulting, with a proven ability to influence key decision-makers and drive the adoption of new technology.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a matrix organization. The successful candidate will be recognized as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to both internal teams and external customers and partners as they implement Eco Struxure Automation Expert. Having an in-depth knowledge of how industrial segments and their associated applications work is key to this role.

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in consultative, technical solution sales-essential to this role.
  • A deep understanding of industrial automation and applications-essential to this role. Experience with industrial control systems, programmable logic controllers, supervisory control and data acquisition, distributed control systems, and edge computing.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Travel
This role will require approximately 30-50% travel.
