Scope of Work:
- Design and maintain Commercial Model of the Future roadmap
- Support evolution of the GS Commercial OM to customer-centric, value-stream-based operating model.
- Map and sustain E2E Commercial process ecosystem (BPM).
- Identify and eliminate organizational/process waste with SMEs.
- Define and facilitate deployment/adoption of Commercial Model in line with Operating Model of the Future stream.
- Lead deployment and adoption of the in-country Recurring organization with Recurring performance leader + roadmap evolution (more tools instead of the people etc )

- Org structure design principles supported with agile capacity model
- Associated BPM repository
- Animation and development of SME community
