Scope of Work:

• Design and maintain Commercial Model of the Future roadmap
• Support evolution of the GS Commercial OM to customer-centric, value-stream-based operating model.
• Map and sustain E2E Commercial process ecosystem (BPM).
• Identify and eliminate organizational/process waste with SMEs.
• Define and facilitate deployment/adoption of Commercial Model in line with Operating Model of the Future stream.
• Lead deployment and adoption of the in-country Recurring organization with Recurring performance leader + roadmap evolution (more tools instead of the people etc )

• Org structure design principles supported with agile capacity model
• Associated BPM repository
• Animation and development of SME community
