In this role you will perform the daily operations of the project plan for each client, troubleshoot and resolve controls issues associated with HVAC equipment, and be the primary point of contact for the client.

You will play a key role in ensuring the success of the performance guarantee and resolving various issues along the way.

Position responsibilities:

  • Responsible for timeliness and accuracy of deliverables
  • Responsible for installing of hardware/software additions, change orders, and solutions
  • Responsible in verifying the performance and sustained operation of Energy Conservation Measures
  • Responsible for assisting clients in issue resolution
  • Responsible for understanding the clients Building Automation System and able to support
  • Perform site service when called upon
  • Perform project turnovers from construction to Client Services
  • Perform Field Audit data collection associated with Capital Asset Planning
  • Representation of Client Services during client training and turnovers
  • Responsible for task management creation and execution through Asana process flows
  • Responsible for identifying operational improvements for improved savings performance
  • Periodically evaluate performance of systems for improvement opportunities
  • Provide ongoing client training, both formal and informal
  • Other duties as assigned Essential skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of BAS Controls and HVAC experience
  • Understanding of and proficient in project management skills
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office Products particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient using task management programs or knowledge with Asana
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service internally and externally
  • Effective working in team environment PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the primary duties of this job.

When performing job site visits the employee will encounter moving over rough or uneven surfaces; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy to light items.

Transporting of items such as laptop computers, tools, ladders and other heavy equipment; driving an automobile, etc. WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the primary duties of this job.

While performing the primary functions of the job, the employee is regularly exposed to a general office environment.

This job will require approximately 40-60% travel to project sites.

Travel will occur using an automobile or by airplane to destinations.
