You will be working as part of a team responsible for delivering Software Integrations for Schneider Electric products. Primarily, working with our Eco Struxure Building Operation platform you will build integrations to help Schneider Electric and our Customers achieve Net Zero.
You will be key to the delivery of projects which integrate one or more 3 rd Party Vendor systems into the Eco Struxure product set. This will be achieved using several in-house development frameworks as well as some Cloud Based technologies.

We are seeking an AI Specialist to join our team and lead the development of innovative artificial intelligence solutions. Your expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data analysis will be crucial in creating intelligent and transformative AI applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, test, and deploy AI projects that drive innovation and provide value in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence. The existing team you will work with has a wealth of experience in many different coding languages which you can draw on for support. Working closely with our System Architect teams, you will be supported in every aspect of a project, from initial planning, to testing and delivery.

You will be expected to fully immerse yourself into the Schneider Electric product set to better understand our customers' needs. This will include not only Classroom and e Learning but from time to time visiting our customers and being an ambassador for the team.

The role is specifically within the 'Technical Centre of Excellence' and these roles are specifically based in our office in Bangalore, India.

The team works within a Hybrid model, allowing you to work from home for 3 days a week, and 2 days from the office.

• Responsibilities- Develop and implement AI algorithms and models to improve system performance and user experience.
• Find ways to incorporate AI into our existing product set.
• Develop AI LLMs to fill specific functional business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address AI-related challenges and opportunities.
• Research and stay current on AI technologies and best practices to inform project decision-making.
• Design and conduct experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of AI solutions and optimize for desired outcomes.
• Create and maintain documentation for AI systems, including data models, processes, and performance metrics.
• Provide technical expertise and support for AI-related projects, including troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
• Communicate complex AI concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

• Evaluate new technologies that can be integrated in the platform by creating proof of concepts
• Participate in the development and testing of Software that you develop.
• Ensure maintenance and bug fixing on all software components
• Be the interface between the users and external vendors
• Provide support for line of business and teammates on your software components for integration in their products
• MSDN Professional/Ultimate Subscription (depending on requirements)

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

Essential:

• Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining AI systems and tools.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, .NET C# or Java.
• Knowledge of data mining and statistical analysis methods.
• Ability to develop and optimize AI models for specific use cases.
• Experience with natural language processing and computer vision.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI frameworks - specifically Azure Foundry
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Continuous learning and staying updated on AI advancements and trends.
• Familiar with Agile development methodology
• ALM tools such as Azure Dev

Ops and Jira:

• Unit test frameworks and tools: NUnit, Re Sharper
• Familiar with the Microsoft Azure Platform
• Familiar with Azure Build Pipelines
