Descrizione del Ruolo: Cerchiamo una figura proattiva e attenta ai dettagli per il ruolo di Supporto alla Sicurezza Informatica di Sito. La risorsa sarà responsabile dell'implementazione, del mantenimento e del supporto delle misure di sicurezza informatica a livello locale, al fine di proteggere sistemi, reti e dati critici. Collaborerà con i team IT locali e con le funzioni centrali di cybersecurity per garantire la conformità alle politiche aziendali, rispondere agli incidenti e promuovere una cultura della sicurezza.

Responsabilità Principali:

  • Monitorare e mantenere gli strumenti e i sistemi di sicurezza (es. firewall, antivirus, protezione degli endpoint).
  • Supportare l'implementazione delle politiche e procedure di sicurezza informatica aziendali a livello di sito.
  • Mantenere il corretto funzionamento degli applicativi in essere.
  • Eseguire valutazioni periodiche delle vulnerabilità e supportare le attività di mitigazione.
  • Rispondere agli incidenti di sicurezza e condurre indagini, con eventuale escalation.
  • Collaborare a verifiche e audit di conformità (es. ISO 27001, IEC62443).
  • Fornire formazione e sensibilizzazione sulla sicurezza informatica al personale del sito.
  • Mantenere la documentazione relativa a configurazioni, incidenti e procedure di sicurezza.
  • Collaborare con i team IT e OT (tecnologie operative) per la protezione dei sistemi di controllo industriale (se applicabile).
  • Partecipare alla pianificazione e ai test di continuità operativa e disaster recovery.

Requisiti: Formazione ed Esperienza:

  • Laurea in Sicurezza Informatica, Informatica, Ingegneria informatica o discipline affini.

Competenze Tecniche:

  • Conoscenza dei principi di cybersecurity, delle minacce e delle best practice.
  • Familiarità con piattaforme di protezione endpoint e sicurezza di rete.
  • Esperienza con sistemi Windows/Linux, Active Directory e protocolli di rete.

Competenze Trasversali:

  • Ottime capacità analitiche e di problem solving.
  • Buone doti comunicative e relazionali.
  • Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e in team multidisciplinari.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
