Who will be your team ?
The Shared
Experience: team defines, curates, and evolves the common experience blocks and identity layers that ensure coherence, clarity, and recognizability across all Schneider Electric digital experiences (software, applications, and beyond).
What will be your role ?
As Content Strategist, you define the structure, tone, and consistency of content across shared experiences.
You ensure that language, hierarchy, and messaging are clear, usable, and aligned with brand and product intent, at scale.
You will be responsible for : Content Strategy & Structure Define content principles, patterns, and guidelines for shared experiences.
Establish naming conventions, UI copy standards, and tone of voice rules.
Ensure consistency across products and platforms.
Collaboration & Enablement Partner with product teams to understand content needs and constraints.
Work with the Design System team to integrate content guidance into components.
Facilitate workshops around content, terminology, and clarity.
Quality & Accessibility Guarantee a high level of written English across all UI content.
Ensure content supports usability, accessibility, and inclusivity.
Review and support product teams on content quality and consistency.
Contribute to documentation and examples.
